Healthy Chicken Teriyaki
This meal is low in fat and boasts 36 grams of protein per serving! There are customization options throughout to reduce sugar and salt as well.
Ingredients

2.5-3lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
1 bottle Teriyaki marinade
2 cups white rice
2 cups water
1 bag frozen stir fry vegetables
Teriyaki sauce of choice (I used)
Cooking Instructions
Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken in a gallon-sized freezer bag and pour in the teriyaki marinade. Seal the bag and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to soak in.
Cook the Chicken: Grill or bake the marinated chicken until it reaches full doneness.
Prepare the Rice: While the chicken is cooking, rinse the rice thoroughly. Add it to a rice cooker or Instant Pot with 2 cups of water and cook according to your device’s instructions.
Assemble the Meals: Once the chicken and rice are cooked, continue with the individual meal prep assembly instructions below.
Meal Prep Serving instructions
Place 5 oz of cooked chicken, ½ cup of cooked rice, and 1 rounded cup of stir-fry vegetables into a microwave-safe meal prep container. Add 1–2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce either now or just before reheating and serving, depending on your preference.
