What is Personal Training, and how can it help me?
Personal training is a customized fitness program designed around your goals, whether that’s weight loss, strength, endurance, or overall health. I create workouts, teaches proper form, and keeps you accountable so you get results safely, effectively and stop waisting your valuable time on “solutions” that aren’t working.

How long does it take to see results?
Most clients notice changes in energy and strength within 2–4 weeks. Visible results like fat loss or muscle definition typically show within 6–12 weeks, depending on consistency with workouts and nutrition.

Do you offer online/virtual training?
Not at this time. I’ve found that clients often achieve better success and long-term consistency with in-person personal training. However, I do offer online/virtual nutrition coaching.

What does a Nutrition Coach Do?
As a CNC I help you build healthy eating habits that support your goals — weight loss, muscle gain, or improved energy. Instead of restrictive diets, we focus on balance, portion control, and sustainable lifestyle changes that will last.

Can I combine Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching?
Absolutely! Fitness and nutrition work best together. By combining both services, you’ll maximize fat loss, muscle building, and overall health results — plus you’ll get accountability on and off the gym floor.

How much does Personal Training cost?
Pricing varies depending on frequency of sessions per week. There is an option for everyone to meet their health goals.
