Farmer’s Dinner

This macro-friendly Farmer’s Dinner makes 6 servings boasts 25g protein, 24g carbs, and 11g fat for 300 calories!

 

Ingredients

  • 10 links Andouille chicken sausage

  • 600g (6cups) fresh green beans (I use the large bag from costco)

  • 679g (1.5 lbs) red skin potatoes

  • 3 cans chicken broth

  • 1 white or yellow onion diced

  • Garlic to taste

  • Blackpepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Dice the chicken sausage into ½-inch pieces.

  2. Place the sausage, potatoes, onion and chicken broth into a slow cooker.

  3. Season with black pepper and garlic.

  4. Cook on low for 6–7 hours in a slow cooker, or until the potatoes are tender.
